We asked for the double room with single bed for solo travellers and it was ready when arrived.

The staff is very very nice, charming atmosphere. It has great location in the center of the city.

Everything was nice, peaceful location close to everything, the staff were excellent. Location in the heart of the city was a plus. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like La Trattoria de Elena that was only 10 minutes' walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed rooms with single bed for solo travellers👍😃

It's charming and fairly clean hotel, has good and unbeatable location very close to everything. The room is cheap with single bed and a balcony, as for instance. Great service and the food is good! Pool area is great, liked this place.

We were impressed with the location, as it was within easy walking distance of all the historical sights in the old city center. The quietness of the hotel made for a restful sleep. The front desk staff were not only friendly and personable but also able to assist us with printing our bus tickets. Furthermore, the hotel itself had a cute and cozy atmosphere, and the cleanliness was impeccable.

Although the breakfast was sufficient, it lacked variety, and we would have appreciated more options like eggs. Additionally, the bed was quite hard, which seems to be typical of most Mexican properties.

We were in Guanajuato for 3 days, had such great stay, the hotel was clean with great location very close to everything. Location: the venue was short walk to the center of town and the pathway at night for the singing tour and the centre of the historical part of Guanajuato. Centro Historico district was worth staying in. The service was amazing, totally satisfied.

The room was impeccably clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, plus the location was convenient with a nearby bus stop.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the location was excellent, right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient to explore the beautiful Centro historico within minutes. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Thirdly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with a single bed that was perfect for solo travelers like myself. Despite having a small window opening onto a stairwell area, the room remained bright and airy. And lastly, the breakfast included in the stay was a delightful bonus. It was satisfying and served with a smile by the congenial kitchen staff.

All was fantastic, nothing to improve!

Our location was prime close to everything. Besides, it was really close to the center of the city, the centre of the historical part of Guanajuato and surrounding bars.

Lovely location in historic center. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with fresh fruit and pastries. Outstanding value for money. Central to all attractions.
